Christina Grace is a 2014 graduate of graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as a certified health and wellness coach. In 2017 she decided to deepen her yoga practice by studying to take the seat of the teacher. In the fall of 2017 she became a certified 200 hour RYT by the Yoga Alliance through Kula Yoga Shala in Jupiter, FL. Most recently in January of 2019, Christina and her 3 business partners founded and opened Triad Wellness Center in Jupiter, FL - a holistic wellness center focused on healing from the inside out offering health coaching, life coaching, reiki and private yoga.

Christina’s personal wellness journey began in 2011 after her mother passed away from cancer.
It became immediately apparent to her that she wanted to be doing everything within her power to live the healthiest life possible and that her health was in her own hands.

After slowly starting her own personal health journey - she met a few inspiring women who were attending The Institute for Integrative Nutrition and felt compelled to take a deeper dive. For the first time in a long time she felt deeply drawn into the world of health and wellness and enrolled in IIN in the fall of 2014 and never looked back. Over the past few years yoga, exercise and healthy eating have given her a new outlook on life, and transformed both her mind and body. Christina truly believes in the mind and body connection and that one cannot be fully healed or optimally healthy without the other.

Christina’s approach to health is the belief that each person is unique and requires a different path to wellness. She is here to help you discover that path. Her approach is rooted in the idea that there is no one size fits all solution. Christina is here to help you carve out your own wellness journey: mind, body and soul.
